Teaching Excellence Framework

This page brings together existing CELT resources that relate to the scope of the TEF, as currently understood (Spring 2016).  These resources highlight existing good practice (that ought to be in place), rather than new guidance or 'resources' in response to TEF, so that academic and professional staff have an idea of the landscape in the run up to introduction of the Framework. It will be updated as the TEF becomes more concrete.

Under the proposed Framework, universities will be assessed on their teaching excellence in six main areas. We have assembled resources under each heading. Click on a title to go to a list of what we currently have on the CELT website relating to that area, or click on 'what does this include' to see further details. If there are no links for a particular topic, that section is under development.
