Project Details

Leah Greene, Senior Lecturer in Clinical Simulation, has been experimenting with ways to add life to case studies. As part of a Health Education North West funded project, Leah exchanged a written case study for a professionally filmed 'drama' for a mentorship training course. These were released sequentially during the course, as though happening in real time.

A technique that Leah has used to add life to these simulated stories is to use social media. Giving her characters social media profiles to reveal personal insights adds a different layer to the case study.
