In this film, Dr Aidan Arrowsmith talks through the moderation process that he had put in place on the undergraduate English programmes. Aidan offers insights into how to manage the procedures and how to successfully involved a team. Part of this success comes from having regular team meetings to discuss marking and feedback. In addition, he and his team have produced a contextualised guide called ‘Moderation in Practice’ (McGowan, 2015) that provides all colleagues with guidance throughout the moderation process.
