MMU Library Services are delighted to have gained Customer Service Excellence (formerly Charter Mark) Recognition. As with all such standards we are required to be reassessed regularly, proving that we have both maintained performance levels and indeed continued to improve services in response to customer needs. To help us do this we welcome feedback, and encourage all staff and students to use the comments cards available in our libraries.
